Anne Bousquet is a French national, Urban Planner, who holds a PhD from University La Sorbonne in Paris (2007). Her PhD dealt with the institutional reforms of the water sector in East Africa (Kenya, Tanzania, Zambia) and the impacts for the Poor.
She worked as a consultant for the French Cooperation Agency in Kenya on city planning issues and then joined UN-Habitat/GWOPA in 2009. As the Regional coordinator for Africa, Asia and the Arab countries, she works on capacity building for water utilities through peer-to-peer support.
