Eng. Sameer Abdel-Jabbar is an agricultural engineer got his M.Sc. in 1995 from University of Jordan. In 1995 he joined the GIZ and worked in many projects in water and agriculture sectors. From 1995-2001, he worked a senior for the GTZ in promoting the safe use of pesticides in agriculture. From 2002-2011, he worked as senior expert for GTZ to develop guidelines for the safe and efficient uses brackish and treated waste water. From 2012 until 2015 he was in charge as team leader for the EU funded project called WRAP which aim at improving water supply in selected low-income communities in Jordan. Since 2015 until today he is the team leader of PRM project “Supporting Participatory Resources Management to Stabilize Situation in Host Communities which aims at helping YWC in improving water situation in 6 communities in the North affected by Syrian Refugees influx
