Terms, Conditions, and Cancellation

The Arab Water Week (AWW) and Trenchless Arabia event is an international meeting in the Arab region which tackles water management issues through establishing innovative partnerships and platforms of collaborative work on water issues in the region.

The event is an important and distinctive opportunity for the water and wastewater management community in the Arab world and MENA region, it is the place where professionals, water management experts, private sector, and institutions of all types meet to exchange ideas, knowledge and experiences, discuss problems and get exposed to the state of the art of new technologies and solutions. The Event is organized by Arab Countries Water Utilities Association (ACWUA) from 04th – 08th May, 2025 at King Hussein Bin Talal Convention Center – Dead Sea. This document outlines the rights and obligations of all parties involved.

By registering for the 7th Arab Water Week and 3rd Trenchless Arabia, participants agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

Registration and payment Terms

• Registration must be completed via the official event website or through an authorized registration platform.
• Payment for registration must be made in full at the time of registration on the event website. The accepted payment method is online payment through the website unless other payment method was agreed with the organizer.
• Full payment is required for registration to be considered complete.
• If payment is not received within the specified timeframe, registration will be canceled.
• If a participant requires an invoice, it will be provided upon request after payment completion.
• On-site payment during the event is not accepted. 

Cancellations & Refunds

Event Cancellations

 If the Event is canceled due to force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions), a full refund will be issued to attendees on the registration fees. The organizer is not responsible for any additional costs or logistics expenses incurred.

Attendee Cancellations

• Cancellation applications shall be submitted through official request sent by e-mail or any other suitable legal means for the organizer.
• Cancellation application shall be considered approved upon a response from the organizer.
• Cancellations received more than 30 days before the Event date will be refunded in full minus a processing fee.
• Cancellations received within 30 days of the Event are non-refundable.
• Participants shall pay all refund commissions.
• Net refund amount shall be transferred within 15 days of cancellation request.

Event Participation

• Participants are expected to be respectful and professional during the Event, including all sessions, exhibition, workshops, and networking events.
• Attendees must adhere to any health and safety measures in place as required by local regulations.
• The Event is open to industry professionals, decision-makers, and key stakeholders involved in water management, trenchless technology, and related fields.
• Only registered participants will be permitted entry to the Event.

Liability Disclaimer

• The organizer is not liable for any loss, theft, damage, or injury that may occur during the Event.
• Each participant is responsible for their own property and personal safety.
• The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any participant who behaves inappropriately or violates Event policies.

Code of Conduct

• All attendees, speakers, exhibitors, and volunteers are expected to behave in a professional and respectful manner.
• Harassment, discrimination, or any form of disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. Attendees violating this code may be asked to leave the Event without a refund.
• The organizer reserves the right to remove any individual from the Event who violates these policies.

Changes to the Event

• The Event organizer reserves the right to change the location, schedule, or format of the Event at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Any such changes will be communicated to registered attendees via email or through the official Event website.
